Notifications (Event).
When receiving escalation notifications, is there a way of configuring them to include the current system timestamp?

Re: Notifications (Event).
how much time delta are you expecting between the generation escalation and the time stamp on the email?

Re: Notifications (Event).
I realise that it's an odd request. I'm using some Outlook rules to forward escalation notifications as an SMS, however I don't want to be woken up just after midnight for an issue that will escalate at 9am. I was thinking of using the current time in the body of the email notifications, so that I can exclude them from the SMS rule if the current timestamp contains 00:00 (for example). I hope that makes sense

Yes, and this may make sense as well...
Since the header contains date/time information, you can look for an arrangement of "Year HR" combinations as a rule.
