My OTRS implementation fetches all incoming e-mail. I've set the interval to 1 minute.
A lot of times new mail is not fetched from the mailbox, in the logfile I see: "[Notice][Kernel::System::PID::PIDCreate] Can't create PID PostMasterMailbox, because it's already running (<myurl>/3420)!".
After some cycles it just start to work again.
What is going wrong and how to solve?
OTRS version OTRS 3.2.6 running on a Windows 2012 server with IIS8.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
