Problem with eml attachment

Hello

I got a problem when receive eml attachment, the attach converts to html and txt file and rename it to file-n.
This problem only happens when i receive the e-mail form exchange servers, if i send the mail with eml attach from domino servers it works.
I was thinking if its possible to force anything to not convert this kind of attaches.

Anyone can help me?

ask your exchange admin. This is not an OTRS issue

But do you know what the customer should looking for in his exchange server?
When i send e-mail inside the exchange webmail, it works, its only in client.

Exchange assumes that the recipient is using Outlook. Tray to switch of RTF for this recipient (OTRS Mailbox)
