Installing version OTRS Helpdesk 3.3.3

Hi guys,

I need some assistance here with the installation process for OTRS helpdesk 3.3.3. I am trying to install it on CentOS. I am not very familiar with some linux/centos commands. I got upto the point at the installation instructions procedure at the company website where its asks to ensure the OTRS RPM file is copied to the current directory. I think this has to be done before the "yum install --nogpgcheck otrs-3.2.*.rpm" command is run.

Now being a total rookie for CentOs environment I don't know how do copy the OTRS RPM file to the current directory. I am running CentOS version 6.4. I would appreciate if someone can help me out with this. Thanks a bunch in advance.

try the OTRS appliance instead or ask your linux admin for assitance or consider a managed system
