Hi all,
I got a problem on agent notification. My OTRS version is 2.4.9.
I have set the NotificationSenderEmail, SendmailNotificationEnvelopeFrom and the admin notification works well.
I also ensure the agent preference setting is correct: turning on the notification and selecting the queue.
Our SMTP also works well.
The auto response works fine and customer can get the email.
The problem is our agent can not receive any notifications.
The log as below:
error Can't send message: 554End data with <CR><LF>.<CR><LF>
Can anyone gets any ideas about this?

Thanks for your reply. But I do not think it matches our problem.
As we test, we found if we changed the customer email to the agent email address, which can not receive the notification, the customer email can receive auto responses. That is strange, why the OTRS just can not send notification but the auto responses works well even we use same email address. Is this a bug?
Any ideas I will really appreciate....
