Hi,
I have created dynamic fields, one is a drop down and the other is a test box. I can get them to display as an option when updating a ticket, but they do not display in the Ticket Information box.
I have used the guide in the manual for setting them up in the Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicField, but for some reason they do not display still.
Could someone please advise.

The values of Dynamic fields that you configure for TicketZoom displayed there only if they had real value. If not - nor values, nor labels of fields not displayed
