How to add owner link to dashboard

I would like to add a link for owner in the regular list of links (My locked tickets, My watched tickets, etc.), maybe called "My owned tickets". Is that possible through normal configuration and, if so, how? I am on OTRS 3.2.7 on Ubuntu 12.04.

My Locked Tickets are tickets you own, unless you want tickets you own but are unlocked.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for the response. I would also like unlocked tickets, as the ownership is assigned within a transition action in process management, and I am using ownership to allow the person who created the ticket to be able to see the status of his ticket, without being the one working on it. Right now I know that the initiator can go to the queue view and see ownership or can do a search by ownership but I would like it to show up in the dashboard as a link if possible.
