hello

I have a problem. when an operator responds to a customer, the customer don't receive any notification or message. how to handle it?

help me please

please explain:

what function is used to reply to the customer
how email is configured to be sent on your system


please check:
logfiles of otrs, email and mailserver

For reply for the customer i use outlook or otrs interface ..

Where can i see the configuration of my email send system ??

you can not use Outlook to reply to the customer on a ticket.

Please ask the guy who setup the OTRS server for the smtp settings. Please also read the admin documentation.

Also I strongly request to invest on commercial help for setup and training.
