Hi,
I am using OTRS 3.3.4 and I am using priorities in my system as
1 very high
2 high
3 medium
4 low
5 very low
in place of defined priorities in OTRS. Now I want to change the color of these priorities as
1 red
2 yellow
3 green
4 blue
5 violet.
Could you please tell me if it is possible to do so???

but I have one more query. Can we change in the default css file directly?? I mean, If I change this file and in future, I update OTRS, then would these changes remain same??

No, but you can sysconfig a css.

You can create your own .css file and add that file in Sysconfig option Framework -> Core::Web -> Loader::Agent::CommonCSS###000-Framework
