Hello i searched forum and I didn't find exacly information. Is otrs have option to automaticly add new clients based on the tickets they create. For example new client send me a email and I add It automaticly.
Second question is can I add a buton or link to see all closed ticket's. I do this with template with specyfic condition like state of tickets and owner but maybe there is also option like i said previously
