3.3.4 Auto Reject not working

After upgrading to 3.3.4 and same in 3.3.5 auto reject email gets sent to followups, even when the email gets injested.

nothing in the logs... ideas?
OTRS 3.3.5 ITSM 3.3.5 on Amazon Linux(CentOS) with Postgresql database hosted on Amazon RDS.

I can't translate this.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

huh?

new ticket rejection thats in Core:Ticket where it rejects new emails without a ticket coming in.

It sends this to every reply into the system even if it has a ticket number..

I couldn't parse the first statement after multiple readings.
I almost couldn't parse the second statement.

Is the following what you're trying to say?
"Emails that arrive will successfully create a ticket. Whether it's a new ticket or followup to an existing ticket, the user will receive a "This message has been rejected" AutoReply."

And you checked the AutoReply settings on the queue and they said ...

But you think it's being rejected from SysConfig because ...

And trying to uncheck the reject entry in SysConfig does ...

The history for a ticket indicates ...

And you checked the AutoReply settings on the queue and they said ...followup on all queues used is set to possible

But you think it's being rejected from SysConfig because ... its not set anywhere else.

And trying to uncheck the reject entry in SysConfig does ... nothing they still get sent

The history for a ticket indicates ...a followup has been received, shows the email, and a notification to the agent of the followup

that's only relevant if the ticket is closed.

Check the AutoReplies attached to the queues.

checked, the sysconfig email is customized, its different than the auto reject emails. its definitly sysconfig. but i dont see them being rejected in syslog

You haven't shown or demonstrated anything that would be useful to replicate your issue or described in any particular detail how you've come to that conclusion. Pics or it didn't happen.
