Hi guys,
I was just wondering if it would be possible to change the ownership of an existing tickets previously belonged to an agent to the same agent just with different username. Our domain was changed and since it is authenticating via AD and pulling UPN name, now in order to log in I need to use new domain which creates a new user. Is it possible to sync previously owned ticket to an agent with new username? THanks!!!
