Restrict Ticket menu option based on user group

Hi,

I was interested if it would be possible to restrict visibility of some of the ticket menu buttons (such as merge, decision, etc) to a specific group. I know that I can disable those completely for everyone, but to have an option to restrict it for a specific group would be great. If it is possible, please let me know.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
