Auto-Answer question ?

Hi I don't know if I exacly illustrate but situation is like this:

1. Client send email to secretariat like secretariat@otrs.com.
2. Secretariat copy this email and send email to queue in otrs example queue1@otrs
3. Next queue1 send auto-answer

but It's send auto-answer to Secretariat and here is my question. Can I send autoanswer to client email not for secretariat email.
(The secretariat is not queue in otrs)

I think that functionally is impossible but i must be 100% sure so I ask.

please don't use otrs.com email addresses in examples as it is a valid domain.

Use Bounce, send as new or whatever it is called in the mailclient instead of forwarding it (this question is not an OTRS question!)

Ok that's interesting, Could you explain me more specyfic. Bounce is used to send back email to user. For me i need something like tunnel between this emails.
