Admin privilleeges lost

Seems I have lost my admin privilleges for root user. I am unable to see admin tab or carry out any admin activities.
Please help how to resolve this.

Try to execute this script:
[Path-to-OTRS]/bin/otrs.AddUser2Group.pl -g groupname -u username -p rw|ro
where groupname should be admin.
