Hello I got question, I create two new ticket’s state and i need to chanage ticket in open state to one of them. My question is can I add new field to do this manually and how to this ? I select this in image

Yes I used this i just only be sure this function canno't be add, so I understand I can't add new field to change states which i create previously.

nearly every item on that bar allows state change when used. Creating an entry just for the states you've created seems... excessive.
