Hi,
I'm trying to use the bulk function but it does not work properly, I think. When I'm in "Queue View" and select multiple tickets, the possible actions (like close, lock, note etc) disappear. They are only shown when only one ticket is selected.
In SysConfig the BulkFeature is enabled and the frontend is registered. Right now the BulkFeature ist not restricted to any group, but even if I grant this feature to one particular role it does not work.
Any Ideas? We are on 3.3.5 right now.

you have on the action bulk after selecting the tickets

Ahh...allright, I hadn't clicked on the bulk link after selceting the tickets.....that did the trick, thank you!
