Hello,

I want to calculate service availability. My report should contain the services and their SLAs , ticket accumultation per service, number of tickets closed in time ( within the SLA agreed), number of tickets with SLA exceeded (and the time cumulated per tickets that were not closed within the SLA agreed)
I chose as dynamic object ticket solution response time but i also need them cumulated , so i suppose i need ticket accumulation as dynamic object also.
Does anyone habe any ideea about how to create a report that calculates service availability?...some opinions about this matter whould be helpful, maybe i should take another approach?
