Print button from the menu no longer working

Hello,

After upgrading to OTRS 3.0.8 I'm unable to use the "Print" option from any of the menus.

What happens is that when I click on it, it opens an empty pop up window straight after I get a firefox window
that says :

Opening index.pl

index.pl which is a pl File
from https://ourcompanyurl.com etc.

What should Firefox do with this file ?

Any idea on how to solve this problem ?

I have the latest version of PDF::API2 installed

My system is RHEL6.

I solved my own problem, in /opt/otrs/var the fonts directory was missing , after putting it there it worked.
