Filter email based on customer LDAP data

Hi all:

We have OTRS 3.0.7 talking to AD via LDAP. We have multiple business's across multiple geographical locations. We would like to have it so that things work like this:

0) Company-X has two offices, on in Sydney one in Melbourne.
1) Emails come in to helpdesk@everyone.com (this is the only email address used)
2) OTRS examines the "From" header and determines that its for Company-X. This narrows down the choice to one of two queues.
3) OTRS examines the customer data and looks at say the "city" (or whatever) field and see's that its from Sydney, therefore it should go into the Sydney queue as opposed to the Melbourne queue for Company-X.
4) Ticket is moved to the Sydney queue.

What I'm looking for is email queue filtering based upon LDAP information. Does this functionality exist at all? Does anyone have any suggestions how the above scenario could be solved? I've had a look around but have so far drawn a blank.
