Open ticket via Email Error, someone help me please

Hello,

if someone helps me understand what happened there would be grateful. OTRS has successfully downloaded all the mail from IMAP server but I have no ticket created in otrs and the mail in imap server disappeared. On the mail server of course are been removed, but I looked in the OTRS DB but nothing!

I find the errors in the log:

[Wed Jun 29 14:15:57 2011][Error][Kernel::System::MailAccount::IMAPS::_Fetch][216] IMAPS: Can't process mail, see log sub system (C:/PROGRA~1/OTRS/OTRS/var/spool/problem-email-cd3977be73a24753c94dd74712f6a3db, report it on http://bugs.otrs.org/)!
[Wed Jun 29 14:15:58 2011][Notice][Kernel::System::MailAccount::IMAPS::_Fetch] IMAPS: Fetched 1 email(s) from xxxxxx@gmail.com/imap.gmail.com.


Can anyone tell me how to solve the problem of creating
of the ticket?
and where the emails are gone, simply
lost??
last thing, how they should be made ​​to the mail sent to OTRS?

change Sysconfig to use the changed priority name as it seems that you changed the name 3 normal
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
