Moving data from oTRS 2.4 to 3.0.8

Hi,

I am using OTRS 2.4 and now I installed OTRS 3.0.8 in a new machine and I want to move all the data from 2.4 to 3.0.8. What are the proceedures.

OTRS 2.4 is installed in windows 2003 server and OTRS 3.0.8 is installed in windows 2008 server..

I tried to upgrade using the steps explained in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sf0R-reMTWc, but when I run mysql -uroot otrs < DBUpdate-to-2.4.mysql.sql, mysql -uroot otrs < DBUpdate-to-2.4-post.mysql.sql, mysql -uroot otrs < DBUpdate-to-3.0.mysql.sql and mysql -uroot otrs < DBUpdate-to-3.0-post.mysql.sql commands, I am getting some errors like.. user table not found . some other table not found.. like...

Using the same steps I upgraded 2.3 to 2.4 before, but now I am getting errors

Thanks.. Let me go through the procedure and update you. I have working OTRS 2.4 with 2.5GB of data and new OTRS 3.0.8 without any data. I can follow the said steps right?

3.0.9 has been released yesterday, go for that one.
This UPGRADING file has been written for upgrading Linux installations, but one can easily apply it on windows machines. Just make sure that your commands match.
