some setting cannot be changed after upgrade [solved]

Hy guys, I just migrated from otrs 2.4.5 to 3.09 version. All was ok, but now in the admin interface some settings cannot be changed. For example in Framework -> Core the admin email or FQDN ticks are grayed and I can't change values. The only way is to edit Config.pm. Config levelr are set to expert.
Can you help me ?

If the value is in Config.pm, it can't be changed via GUI. That's more or less on purpose.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
