SLA & Service mods

Hi

Has anyone added extra fields into the SLA and service screens/records. If so, please offer your experience and 'how to'.

I would like to add some extra fields such as Contract numbers and some financial contract details in the SLA screens to make this screen more user friendly, rather than having to review the contract in the FAQ module. I still intend to keep the contracts in the FAQ as I can link the contract to assets. But linking to the SLA using the CAPEIT 'ITSM-CIAttributeCollection is a brilliant enhancement.
