Attachment in an appointment is missing

customer sends an Outlook appointment with an Excel attachment to a mailbox which is fetched into OTRS. the ticket created in OTRS has one attachment. it is Outlook calendar file *.ics. but the Excel file is missing.

as far as i tested, a normal outlook mail with attachment can be fetch by OTRS without attachemnt missing. but writing an appointment in outlook, no matter attached by clicking menu "attachment" or drag & drop straightway, the attachment is always in the mail body. that might be the reason.

i am looking for a solution and hoping someone here can help me out.
