Hello,
I don't know if i am the only one whit that probleme but after fetching the system don't deleted reply e-mail from customer.
when we reply to a customer from OTRS if the client reply back the systeme don't eraese the e-mail and that block the fetching of all e-mail. The only way we can stop that is to go into the mail box an remove the e-mail manually.
any idea?

Is it ith every customer reply or just with few ones? When it is a ticket request (no reply, but an email to open a ticket) does it happen too?

It's happen with all customer reply, if it is a a enail for open a new ticket everything work find! :-S
