Bulk Decision

Hi,
im looking for ways to be able to make bulk decisions . i think this is a must have feature
right now i have come up with a hack solution for this issue by modifying the following:
AgentTicketBulk.dtl ,AgentTicketBulk.dtl ,ZZZAAuto.pm

im actually setting the freetextfield16 which is the decision field. this solution can be applied to all freeTextFields
but i was hoping to come up with a better solution for this. also i have a feeling that decision's are not put here for a reason.

any help would be appreciated
