Hello All,
When in the phone ticket field and I type in the "from customer" field I get an error code all the time saying "error during AJAX communication". This does not happen in firefox only in IE7 & 8 but I need to make sure it works on both interfaces. Any ideas as to why I am getting this? The only changes I have done lately is implementing the single sign on for Windows http://wiki.otrs.org/index.php?title=Im ... ith_Apache. I actually must saying these instructions didn't help me a bit but that's besides the point. How can I get rid of this error? I am using the latest version of OTRS.
I read the thread below but I need someone to dumb this down for me. Where do I install these files stated fix the problem? And does it matter that my problem doesn't occur while doing the same thing they are?

FYI I GET THIS ON MY MACHINE BUT PERSON SITS NEXT TO ME DOESN'T SO NOT SURE IF ARTICLE WILL EVEN FIX MY PROBLEM.

why do I had an invalid value error in screenshot attached when I have it set to default?
