Config send email ticket to another email address

Hi
I want a OTRS print configuration, when a customer sends a ticket, the system will automatically send an email to notify to this customer and to another email address that I assign

I use OTRS 3.08 on windowns 2008 with MySQL

If you want a "Thank you for your email", that's an autoresponse. Agent Notifications are based upon agent "Preferences" and "My Queues".
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
