Good Morning,
My company use the OTRS 2.0.4, and we need make the UPDATE. If we make the update our setting are the same or the access profile, email group and the history of call will disappear ?
This new otrs 3.0.5 support XGB? And the base support a lot of call?

If you follow the upgrade instructions (e.g. http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/x834.html) you won't loose your settings - if you have done the changes in Kernel/Config.pm and not Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm. Nevertheless I recommend to create a backup.

I always copy the whole OTRS folder as a backup. Never know what could go wrong
