I have already posted this question in the German area, however, I did not get any response. I hope cross-posting this way is allowed here.
I have created a Notification via the Notifications (event) module and I used the "ArticleCreate" event. In the notification text I would like to display the text of the article that was just added to the ticket. However, I can only chose between OTRS_AGENT_* and OTRS_CUSTOMER_*. Both reference the latest article created by an agent or a customer resp. but I would need to something to combine the two of them. I can also use them both but then the agents do not know which article was added last so they do not know which article caused the event to be triggered.
There OTRS_CURRENT_*, however that does not work either as the current user in this context is the admin user and the body of the new article is not available in OTRS_CURRENT_*. Is there anybody who can help me combine the two into one?
Notifications: OTRS_AGENT_* or OTRS_CUSTOMER_*?
