ITSM::ConfigItem::Class, how to add a property

Post by qsdfghj »

This has 3 properties by default : Name, Deployment state and Incident state.
How can I add properties myself ?

Your question is not exact. What do you want to do? Add a class?

1. Go to Admin | Config Item => ?Action=AdminITSMConfigItem
to add a class or extend an existing class definition with more fields.

2. Go to Admin | General Catalog => ?Action=AdminGeneralCatalog
to edit or extend values, e.g. for property DeploymentState

I can't edit class definition for 'name', 'deployment state', and 'incident state'. Because it was not here. Can you explain more or give me an idea to change it.
Currently, i can edit others like set default value for 'type' in computer class by put this 'ValueDefault => 123,' in class definition
I want to edit the default value for 'Deployment State' and 'Incident State'.

Thanks for Help
