This has 3 properties by default : Name, Deployment state and Incident state.
How can I add properties myself ?

Your question is not exact. What do you want to do? Add a class?qsdfghj wrote:This has 3 properties by default : Name, Deployment state and Incident state.

1. Go to Admin | Config Item => ?Action=AdminITSMConfigItem
to add a class or extend an existing class definition with more fields.
2. Go to Admin | General Catalog => ?Action=AdminGeneralCatalog
to edit or extend values, e.g. for property DeploymentState
