Hi, we have OTRS::ITSM 3.0.4 with Active Directoryt as a source for customers.
Everything was working fine until recently. Some of the customers were not able to log on to the system, as if they had wrong username or password.
I am sure that this was not the case, both username and password was correct and there was no typo.
Relevant line in the OTRS log says: '[Wed Oct 12 17:09:16 2011][Notice][Kernel::System::CustomerAuth::LDAP::Auth] CustomerUser: abc (CN=ABCxxxx,OU=DD,OU=Domain Users,DC=xxx,DC=yyy) authentication failed: '80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090334, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, vece'
This happens very randomly and on intermittent basis and after a while a customer can log in normally.
However it's quite frustrating. Any ideas?

52e is invalid credentials (wrong password).
Caps lock, stuck keys, etc...
