Is it possible to assign one ticket to multiple queues
I have customers who enter a ticket which applies to multiple queues
How do i deal with that, without giving agents rw rights in other queues where they don't need them

No. One ticket, one queue, one locked agent (generally).
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

you can split the ticket or have it run through the queues serialized
