We have implemented OTRS 3.0.11 with ITSM module 3.0.5 how ever I am kind a stuck in the area of CAB and Work Order creation.
I am not able to create any templates for CAB and Work Orders when i choose drop downs on the new window for CAB and Work Orders
I don't see any templates. Can someone explain this process to me and help me out as to how I can create cab agents and work orders.
I really need some help.
