IMAP: cannot connect to mail domain

This is really strange - OTRS has been working fine and then it stopped fetching emails earlier today for no apparent reason. When I tried to manually run the Postmaster, I received these errors

The account passwords are fine, none of them are locked out, I can even manually log into exchange using those accounts. Not sure what to do.

check if Firewall was changed, mailserver was changed.

check if you manually can connect to the imap port of yor mailserver from OTRS host.

*sigh* - didn't check the IMAP4 service on the mail server. Since Exchange was still functioning I didn't think to check the mail server itself.
All is well.
