Customer ID is shown as numeric value in ticket

I have created one link for internal customers (so that internal IT staff of company can assign ticket to each other) to external customer database. When i create a external customer and raise a ticket then CustomerID is shown properly in ticket but when i create an internal customer and raise a ticket then CustomerID is shown as numeric digit in ticket e.g. 1.

How CustomerID will be displayed as same CustomerID in ticket which were entered during creation of Customer e.g. CustOne ?
