Where are the config changes stored

Such as Ticket::EventModulePost###910-ForceUnlockOnMove
If i make a change here, where will it be stored? DB or FS? And exactly where?

Sysconfig Settings are stored in Kernel/Confiig/Files/ZZZAuto.pm
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
