I'm doing tests with otrs version 3.0.7.
I have enabled the company.
I have the following structure:
company 1
customer 1
customer 2
admin
company 2
client 3
client 4
admin 2
my question is:
I like that from the customer screen, the admin of each company can open tickets of customers who belong to this company.
basically that when the admin go to create a ticket from customer panel, have the ability or field "from:" to select the customer
is this possible?

Not exactly, but that's what Company Tickets section is for. Look for my CustomerID info in the HowTos.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
