Hi all,
when i log on to the customer interface (as an agent or as a customer) I can't see only closed ticket, not open.
If I search the ticket number, I can see and read the ticket correctly.
Any suggestion?

on the admin side, you should make sure the ticket is actually attached to a customer (you) instead of simply an email address. If there is a difference between the username and the email address, you'll want to rectify this in Config.pm
