Every new ticket is closed

Hi everybody,

I was modifying ticket types and states, everything was gone ok but suddendly every new ticket started to be automatically and immidiatelly CLOSED instead of: the system states new, open or my states: NUEVO or EN CURSO.This are all my state listed:

Im trying to figuring out wath change I can undo with no luck at all. Evrytime I star a new ticket as customer, I get:

[Mon Dec 5 17:02:14 2011][Notice][Kernel::System::Ticket::TicketCreate] New Ticket [2011120510000189/misc] created (TicketID=459,Queue=Misc,Priority=3 normal,State=CERRADO)

Please somebody have any idea where I can start looking?
