I am configuring a OTRS setup for my Tech Support group, and my supervisor is requesting a way to generate a pie chart that shows the amount of calls/emails out vs calls/emails in. It doesn't appear that the default settings can generate a stat that can scan individual updates of tickets, just the tickets themselves.
example:
A ticket with 4 outgoing calls but 3 incoming should generate a total of 7 items in the pie chart.
Does this make sense? is this possible?
