different work-order/change formulars

Hello,
I've got a problem creating different templates of work orders and changes.
there is the possibility to customize the usual formular of work orders/changes and to create templates with different content in it. But what I want are not templates of the same formular with differen content. I want to create completely different formulars which are individual adapted to several work-orders or changes.

If somebody knows a solution please let me know.
