[solved] Notification mail without included images

Dear All,

I have the problem that OTRS will not send emails with included images (screenshots over ctrl+v or the image button) after I've created a note.
Do you have any hint for me, how it can be solved?

Attachments will not be sent via emails on notes, just on email response templates
