error message from the system trace

hello
I have the following error message from the system trace option:

Thu February 2 11:56:37 2012 notice OTRS-CGI-10 Sent agent 'OwnerUpdate' notification to 'eduardo.bernala @ ucuenca.edu.ec'.
February 2 11:56:37 2012 Thu mistake OTRS-CGI-10 Need Body!
February 2 11:56:37 2012 Thu mistake OTRS-CGI-10 Charset Need!
February 2 11:56:37 2012 Thu mistake OTRS-CGI-10 Can not find notification for Agent:: OwnerUpdate and on!

I checked and apparently all is well configured, but when it changes ownership to the ticket system does not send an email to the new owner
