Modify ticket list view

Hi

I'd like to split ticket small view page into 2 frames. In the first there is a list of tickets (as it is now), and in the second frame there is a zoom view of the current ticket in the first frame. And view in the second frame refreshes correspondently while moving through the ticket list in the first one.

What is the best way to do it ? Is it very complicated or writing couple strings of code will be enough ?
