My name is Edu and I´ve been told to configure/customize a new OTRS installation (running on the cloud) and here I am dealing with all this stuff. Let me say first I am kind of surprised because of the great performance/lot of features, ... of such a great opensource tool. However I am struggling with a couple of issues I´d like to fix:
1 When customer opens a ticket it appears 1 critical as default priority. Let me say I have added 5 priorities, I´d like to be able to change default priority, I´d like to manage them. I´ve tried from core::tickect without success. I'm stuck here.
2 Now the tough one, driving me mad
