Ticket priority and font color

Hi everyone, this is my first post here so thank you so much in advance for your help. Let me a short introduction:

My name is Edu and I´ve been told to configure/customize a new OTRS installation (running on the cloud) and here I am dealing with all this stuff. Let me say first I am kind of surprised because of the great performance/lot of features, ... of such a great opensource tool. However I am struggling with a couple of issues I´d like to fix:

1 When customer opens a ticket it appears 1 critical as default priority. Let me say I have added 5 priorities, I´d like to be able to change default priority, I´d like to manage them. I´ve tried from core::tickect without success. I'm stuck here.

2 Now the tough one, driving me mad :) Even though I am able to change colors, images, whatever,... I am unable to find css style page for customer login page. I have been checking out C:\OTRS\OTRS\var\httpd\htdocs\skins\Customer\default\css but I made changes to Core.control.css but weren´t applied after saving.What´s wrong over here?
