Authenitification problem with MS AD

Hello, people, - i have a problem and after doing some research it seams that it is unsolvable, please confirm or deny following:

If you have group in a group (in MS AD) - users won't be albe to login. I meen that i have a group allowed to login to OTRS (group called otrs) and i have group called Engineers, so if will add group Engineers to group OTRS it won't work....

Does that meen that if i have more than "some resonable number" of users i can't use OTRS? (Becous administration is virtually impossilbe in my case - to many users).
