follow-up welche queue bei new ticket

ich habe das Problem das wenn ich bei einer queue die Follow up Option: auf "new ticket" stelle das neue Ticket in einer queue erstellt wird.
Wo kann ich einstellen in welcher queue er das "new ticket" erstellen soll?
