Setup a new ticket system towards Windows SBS 2008

Hi

I'm looking for some information about setting up a simple ticket system on a standalone computer running in a SBS 2008 enviroment.

I need to use the exchange 2007 for incoming and outgoing mail automatically creating tickets numbers for "new" mail.

I have the OTRS v 2.4.12 installed and running.

Is there some information on how to set it up in the most simple fashion?
